Before placing an order
Please review the merchant-confirmed return conditions before purchase. The live policy must be completed before production sales begin.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact support with your order reference and clear photographs. Do not return an item until the merchant provides instructions.
Refunds
A cancellation does not mean a refund has been processed. Refund status is updated only after the actual refund is completed.
